James Performs MJ Tribute

THE EARLY SHOW will dedicate the entire eight o'clock hour to the legend, including an exclusive live performance of Jackson's hit, "Man in the Mirror," by BRIT award-winning singer/songwriter James Morrison in London.  In addition, some of the biggest names in music and entertainment will share their memories of Jackson throughout the broadcast. 

 

"We wanted to mark the one-year anniversary of the death of Michael Jackson in a very special and unique way," said David Friedman, Executive Producer, THE EARLY SHOW.  "Dedicating an hour of our broadcast to one of the biggest music icons of all time, including a live performance from London and celebrity reflections on Jackson, is a distinctive way to pay tribute to a legend."

This Friday (25th June) James will be performing a surprise and exclusive track live on air on The Early Show on CBS News in the US. The show airs between on 7-9am EST (12-2pm UK time) and James will be on air at some point between 8-9am EST (1-2pm UK Time). The programme will be a special tribute to Michael Jackson, and James' performance will be filmed live from London.
